The easiest way to measure your wrist is with a cloth tape measure. If you do not have one then a piece of string. To measure your wrist, with string take a piece of strong, wrap it around your wrist until it overlaps. Grab the longer piece of string at the overlap point, then measure the distance from that point to the end of the string. The stretchy band the crystals are on will snap if stretched too far.
